Shipment is done all over the world via DHL courier. The shipment is payed from custome with the following costs:
Order withdrawal in Store: Free
ITALY: 6€ or FREE for orders over 300€
CEE / United Kingdom: 25€
EUROPEAN COUNTRIES NON CEE: 30€
USA and CANADA: 35€
Rest of the World: 50€
Any customs charges are always paid to the customer.
Availability of Products
Once the order has been received, we always check the availability and quality of the items ordered. The customer will receive a confirmation by email of the order in process.
If the items are not available or do not conform to the quality, the customer will be notified promptly and will be offered any items as an alternative.
As an authorized reseller of all brands on the site, we guarantee the authenticity of each item.
Evasion of Orders
Orders will be processed within 48 working hours. Orders made during the weekend will be processed the next Monday.
The customer will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the progress of the shipment. In case of delays caused by customs offices, the customer will be contacted by the courier or our customer service.
In Italy, the following days are public holidays and the courier does not dispatch:
Easter and Easter Monday
December 25th and 26th
Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment are as follows:
Italy: 1-2 working days
Europe: 2-6 working days
Rest of the World: 3-7 business days
Delivery of the Order
In case the customer is absent, the courier is required to make two attempts of delivery in the following days.
After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, the customer can contact the courier customer service to arrange a specific delivery appointment.
When the goods arrive, the customer is required to carefully inspect the parcel before signing proof of delivery.
If for any reason the packaging appears turgid or the adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is required to sign up or refuse delivery.
The customer agrees to accept delivery of their parcel. If the parcel is not delivered for customer-related reasons (incorrect address, always-absent addressee, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping charges and any customs charges will be deducted from repayment due to the customer.
Taxes and duties are always charged by the customer and will be paid to the courier at the time of delivery of the parcel.
